Shipping

We offer free shipping on all UAE orders above 200 AED.

Shipping for orders below 200 AED will have a cost of 15 AED.

We offer next day delivery on local orders to UAE

Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 13:00, which means that any order received after the cut off time will be processed the next day.

We offer free shipping to GCC Countries on orders above 300AED and free international shipping to the rest of the world on orders above 600 AED. International shipping rates under 300/600 AED may vary depending on the region and will be shown during checkout.

International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.

International deliveries will take 3-5 days, depending on the destination country

Returns and exchanges

We offer 14 calendar days to exchange or return any product from the delivery date. After this period exchange or return requests will not be accepted.

Product exchanges are free. Returns are subject to a 15 AED return fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds are available for all full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items on sale will not be refunded, only exchanged. Shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded.

In case a customer refuses to accept the order for any reason or places a return request, shipping charges for delivery and returns as well as any applicable duties/taxes/fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any items returned to us after the 14 days will be denied any form of refund.

If you wish to exchange your product, please send us an email to hello@badawii.com and place a new order with us for the replacement.

Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition, unworn, with the original packaging, all tags and sanitary labels, accessories and embellishments fully intact.

Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.

BADAWII reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
